A bit disappointed with this cutter. My son loved it when he saw it advertised, so I got it for him. Sadly, even though it wasn't too cheap, as shown in the photos, it fails more often than having a good cut. The picks keep breaking at the tip or corner. Not happy to be saying this as I'd be happier with good reviews, but sadly, it is like that.

Hello, thank you for leaving a review, it helps us get better and know what needs improvement, it has come to our attention that some material strips seem to crack when cutting, sometimes cutting fast and strong helps. This product is mostly meant for creative materials like old credit cards and other plastic cards. We want our customers to be satisfied, so feel free to message us at: innovinchi@gmail.com and add your order number so we can offer you a refund.
Looks good but the top left corner isn’t cutting properly as you can see in the photo. Am I doing something wrong?
Store owner replied:
Hello,
Thank you for your message and for sharing your feedback.
Regarding the cutting issue in the top left corner, the Guitar Pick Maker performs best when the puncher is used in one quick, firm motion with normal pressure. If the material is pressed too slowly or unevenly, it can sometimes affect the clean cut on certain edges. We would recommend trying again using a single strong press to see if this improves the result.
If you would like further assistance or would like us to review this case in more detail, please feel free to contact us directly at info@innovinchi.com.
If the issue continues and you would prefer not to keep the product, we can also assist you with a return or refund.
Thank you again for your feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to reach out.

Very useful product, my students loved it. Each class is now a new palette. I'm still reselling the palettes for R$2 each as a symbolic value, since here in the city a palette costs approximately R$5.
It's the most spectacular thing I've bought, the quality is noticeable, it's heavy and I simply loved it. My daughter will be happy, excellent quality, fast delivery.
This is a basic invention to make money from plastic and springs,,, Sure it can card a CC Card into a pick, but it can't change the thickness or the shape,,, and for $40? You've got to be kidding,,, Besides as a professional guitarist, I have Hundreds of picks I've used in the past,,, and guess what? they all still will do the job,,, you're targeting novice guitarists... hence the 2 out of 5 Vote~!
I gve it to my son-in-law for his birthday, and he and his daughter loved it... Until they tried to make some picks and EVERY ONE they tried came out with pieces missing. Can we get it replaced or get a refund?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out, and we're very sorry to hear about the issue.
Of course, we can arrange a full refund for you. Before we do, we'd also really appreciate it if you could let us know a little more about what is happening when you make the picks.
Are the pieces breaking or coming out damaged because of the pick material itself, or does it seem like there is an issue with the cutter/machine? If possible, please let us know what the finished picks look like when the problem occurs.
This information would be very helpful for us to understand the issue and report it to our production team.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially since this was a birthday gift, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Best regards,

Bought for my husband. It took some practice to punch the picks out without breaking corners or splitting the material, but once he found the right amount of pressure and speed, it worked great.

Very disappointed that the item looked completely different than described. It was supposed to be guitar shaped and needed up just looking like a stapler. The seller still has the incorrect image up on his site to sell the item whilst selling a completely different product.

Pretty cool! I can now make my own guitar picks. I even bought two more: one for my son and one for a friend. In addition to the plastic strips that they provided, I also tried using an old driver license and credit card. They both worked. Now my question is: where can I buy plastic sheets printed with my own custom graphics??
